Tramonto — A Mixed-Use Coastal Landmark in Albany

 

 

Tramonto, the Italian word for sunset, is a fitting name for this box modern mixed-use development overlooking Princess Harbour in Albany. Designed and developed by Robert Forgione of CBD Architects, this project celebrates its Italian heritage and its west-facing aspect—perfectly positioned to take in the setting sun each evening.

A Modern Mixed-Use Development

 

Tramonto has been thoughtfully conceived as a built-to-rent mixed-use building, combining commercial activity at ground level with residential living above. Designed to activate the streetscape while offering elevated harbour views, the project blends practicality with architectural refinement.
