How much water is too much water?! When you face one of the best beaches in the world, it is never enough! Our Lead Designer, Robert Forgione, worked closely with the client to bring natural materials together in a unique way, including locally sourced stone and feature timber to create a one-of-a-kind architectural home.

• Nature at play: Designed to showcase the power of nature from the comfort of your own home. Glass facades frame bodies of water on all sides whilst natural materials guide you through spaces. 

• Graceful ageing: Most clients do not want their house to look a day past new, our client on the other hand wanted the house to age naturally, thus reducing maintenance. Timber was then selected with the intention to go grey over time and look better every day.

• Privacy: The ocean across the road means pedestrians and admirers. Privacy was therefore critical and framed with the natural levels of the ground.
