• 3 Bedroom all on one floor: Downsizing doesn't have to mean sacrificing everything

• 2 Bathrooms: Enough to cater for the grand kids, but not too many to clean

• Workshop Garage: Enough space to accommodate 2x cars and a workshop.

• One Floor: It was essential to our clients that the entire project was on one level. Living in a multi-storey building for the last 30 years, it was time to downsize and simplify their lives.
