You know what is better than staying at a luxury hotel? Having your home feel like one! One of our largest residential homes to date, designed around the concept of water, nature and light. 

• Water: Overlooking a breath-taking ocean, it was important to our client that they remained connected to the water. A coy pond entry statement was designed to ensure all visitors knew they were entering something special.

• Nature: Situated on top of a mountain, surrounded by stunning trees and native plants, we wanted a design that continued to be immersed by nature. Planter beds around the home ensure the grand nature of the house isn't lost.

• Light: 4m ceilings in the main living areas with 3m high ceilings in private spaces, ensures this home is always filled with nature light.
