We really do try to keep as much of the existing home as possible when clients come to us and say they want to renovate. But in this case it just wasn't possible. The existing home was in such bad condition with structural problems everywhere, the best option was to start fresh.

• Timeline design: The client wanted a fresh new home, but they wanted it to be bold, grand and timeless. So we provided black and white alternative colour combinations to best visualise what they might end up with.

• Soft Landscaping: A sloping site usually means hard retaining walls, but through creative design we stepped each retaining wall down slowly, ensuring no balustrades were required whilst also creating garden beds.

• Award Winning: 2021 MBA Best Country Home of the Year ($1million - 1.5million). Completed by Red Dog Carpentry.
