Menzies House

An iconic building in the heart of the Perth CBD that has been vacant for half a decade. This was our client's biggest issue and they needed to bring "warmth and life" back into the building. During construction the client saw immediate results for our work with the interest of many big name companies enquiring about the space. Ashley and Martin have officially signed a long term lease as the anchor tenant. At the time of writing this article, two more floors are nearing sign off new major tenants.

• Entry Statement: With all the neighbouring blocks recently being redeveloped it become very obvious that 640 Murray Street no longer stood out in the street, but instead blending into the background. Tenants were looking to impress clients with their show stopping offices and an entrance statement was very important.

• Warmth and Life: By using natural materials for the entry statement, it allowed us to bring the timber features into the building's lobby and carry it up all the flights of stairs to the top floor. The lobby is now a light filled, warm space with a busy tenancy directly on your left.

• STATUS: Completed by Innerspace Design and Build.
