Designed by CBD Architects in collaboration with Architect David Tomic, designer Robert Forgione, and a dedicated team of tradespeople under the watchful eye of Partington Building Company. This home is both timeless and functional, blending contemporary materials with rural charm.

 

A Farmhouse Designed for Family & Functionality

 

This five-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence was designed to meet the unique needs of its owners, offering a perfect balance of practicality, aesthetics, and personal storytelling.

 

Key features include:

• Separate indoor and outdoor kitchens – A beautifully crafted main kitchen inside, with a second outdoor kitchen in the alfresco for entertaining.

• Theatre room and sewing room – Custom spaces designed for both relaxation and creativity.

• Indoor alfresco area – Bringing the outdoors in, allowing for seamless entertaining in any season.

• A sentimental touch – A water painting in the hallway features a photograph taken by the client of their father-in-law heading off to work—a surprise reveal that made the home even more meaningful.

 

Collaboration between the owner, builder, and architect was a highlight of the journey, ensuring the project remained a true team effort from concept to completion.

• Porcelain slabs – Supplied by WA Marble and Granite.
