• Townhouse style apartments: With only 4x townhouses permitted on the site under the R-Codes, this site was not feasible for development, however through strategic design with the R-Codes as a strength, CBD Architects delivered 6x apartments in the form of 3x townhouses. Resulting in what from the street appears as an under-developed site, with large backyards, balconies and plenty of parking, whilst also appealing to the developer and providing a return. 

• Timeless Favourite: The black, white and concrete combination is a true favourite of CBD Architects, pair with cascading planters and led strip lighting, this affordable dwelling will be one of the most desirable on the market.
