With a growing population and booming tourism industry, Big 4 Emu Point was in desperate need of expansion. CBD Architects were engaged to design and document a new rec centre, water park and chalets.

• Rec Centre: A wide demographic requires space for all ages, Big 4's new Rec Centre features indoor lounge area, kids club, pool tables, ping pong tables, and an indoor playground.

• Chalets: Multiple chalets designed to Big 4's corporate colour scheme provide visitors with flexibility during their stay. Much more than just a caravan park. 

​

• Water Park: Co-ordination of the multi-million dollar water park which would become a show stopper for Big 4.
